    Our Mandate

    PWN is dedicated to enable and advance Punjabi women in professional settings through strong networks, career development and shared experiences. Through community engagement we aim to grow opportunities for Punjabi women while creating a safe space for open dialogue and interaction. Not only can we help each other succeed, but we can also plant seeds for ambitious Punjabi women to cultivate for generations to come. PWN seeks to unite and inspire Punjabi women to dream big, work hard and pursue professional excellence.

    "There are an incredible number of Punjabi women who have paved the path we have both walked on to get to where we are today. Throughout our academic and personal journeys, we have formed meaningful connections with women who are powerful role models, professionals, and changemakers. Having gained so much from these networks, we aim to amalgamate them and grow the Punjabi Women’s Network. Our goal is to build a community where we can come together to share stories, motivate, and empower others to continue breaking societal and cultural barriers. We aspire to channel Punjabi values of hard work, persistence, and dedication in preserving our cultural heritage as we navigate professional settings."
